For those of you in the daily corporate grind, a light WOD to keep you energized.
A 3/4 pound meat patty
2 fried eggs
4 slices of deep fried bacon
3 onion rings
A slice of cheddar
All put together by two grilled cheese sandwiches (one on top and one on bottom)
Also a side of fries
Consume for time
For efficiency, this WOD is best performed at John Howie Steak House.
