Midday WOD

For those of you in the daily corporate grind, a light WOD to keep you energized.

A 3/4 pound meat patty

2 fried eggs

4 slices of deep fried bacon

3 onion rings

A slice of cheddar

All put together by two grilled cheese sandwiches (one on top and one on bottom)

Also a side of fries

Consume for time

For efficiency, this WOD is best performed at John Howie Steak House.

  1. 8 hours 12 minutes (1/2 +fries for lunch, 1/2 for dinner). Pathetic I know, I need to work on my anticrossfitness.
