Wednesday WOD–The Palacpac Snacpac

Thanks to Anthony Palacpac for suggesting Wednesday’s workout.  He is a dedicated anticrossfitter and we appreciate his support!  The workout is geared toward hitting some of the classic spots on First Hill but can be adapted to fit any area.  Palacpac claims that this feat can be done but I have my doubts as it could possibly the most difficult challenge we have posted to date.  Photo Credit Calgary Reviews

In 22 minutes consume:

-Yoshino’s Teriyaki with 2 extra sides of rice

-Sub Sandwich from George’s

-$15 worth of snacks from Bartell’s drugs

As I said above feel free to substitute your local teriyaki, sub shop, and drug store but Palacpac strongly suggests the aforementioned First Hill gems.
